Foundation Measurements (Zip Level)
As foundation movement in North Texas is almost a given, get more than the standard visual inspection and utilize the latest technology by adding a Zip Level foundation measurement to your inspection! The Zip Level is the same tool the foundation companies and engineers use to inspect a foundation and determine the necessary repairs.
Buyer’s Inspections
Buying a home is one of the most significant investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more expensive. This is my typical home inspection that catches common defects, so you understand your investment.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
11th Month Warranty Inspections
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. I will perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Just because your home is new doesn’t necessarily mean it is defect free.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspections
Just like your car, your home needs to be maintained. As homes age, the quality of the building and its utilities begin to deteriorate. My annual maintenance inspections include roof, plumbing, electrical, foundation, attic insulation, and building structure inspections.
New Construction Inspections
Newly constructed homes need an objective third party to inspect. The city or county inspectors often don’t catch everything, but I’ve been trained to have a keen eye for anything that could compromise a new home’s lifetime or safety.
